Kevser Ofluoğlu, Chair of Women, Family and Social Services and Deputy Chairwoman of the İYİ Party, hosted the Women Soccer Player Association delegation at the İYİ Party Headquarters.
The meeting was attended by İYİ Party Women, Family and Social Services Deputy Chairs Fehmi Bulut, Osman Yalçın, and Mahmut Gürçağlar, while the Women Soccer Player Association was represented by President Dilek Kavasoğlu, Vice President Bedri Akkerman, Secretary General Aysun Şahin Mutlu, General Coordinator Nilüfer Bircan, and Media and Agency Relations Officer Sevinç Erarslan.
During the meeting, discussions covered the wider promotion of women's football across Türkiye, encouraging young girls to take up football, and possible collaborations to address the challenges faced by professional female footballers. Women Soccer Player Association officials provided information about the association's ongoing projects and the economic and social obstacles hindering the development of women's football.
Kevser Ofluoğlu emphasized that the İYİ Party will always support women having an equal place in sports:
