Pursuant to the decision of our Board of Directors dated 27/04/2026 and numbered 2026/2, the 1st Ordinary General Assembly Meeting will be held on THURSDAY, 14/05/2026, at 1:00 PM, at the association's headquarters located at KIZILAY MAH. NECATİBEY CAD. 13/4 ÇANKAYA-ANKARA.
In the event a quorum is not reached, the meeting will be held on 21/05/2026, with the same agenda, at the same location and time.

- Opening, roll call, moment of silence, and the national anthem
- Election of the Presiding Board and authorization to sign the meeting minutes
- Reading of the Board of Directors' and Audit Board's activity reports
- Reading and voting on the balance sheet and income-expense accounts
- Separate discharge of the Board of Directors and the Audit Board
- Determination of membership dues, discussion and approval of the estimated budget
- Election of the new Board of Directors' and Audit Board's regular and substitute members
- Wishes and suggestions
